The Company is leader in pools and water theme parks designing and realization. Our works are made with reinforced concrete and we also attend to hydro-elettrical systems, technical assistance and chemical products selling for the water treatment.
The company began as individual firm, building only for CULLIGAN ITALIANA S.p.A., but during the years, it has gained a polyhedric experience in this sector.
The firm possesses the right competence for realizing complete pools in reinforced concrete, without limits of dimension and shape, including:
- excavation works
- building works
- plant engineering
- flooring and covering
Our office and warehouse are located on about 3.000 square meters.
The company has an establishment of clerks, engineers, plumbers, electricians and workers employed in pools maintenance.
La Piscina S.r.l activity has always been oriented to get high quality. From 1990 the firm entered in the National Builders register for the following categories:

In 2006 our company obtained the SOA Certification, which proves its economical and technical competence in support public-sector contracts for the following categories:

In the same year the firm also got the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 Certificate, which guarantee the management system for the business organization quality.

The sandy bottom pool is born from the wish to recreate a natural envirioment in which people can feel natural sensations (optical, tactile…) produced by an exclusive sandy sea-front, with coralline sand and uncontaminated water.
The project sets up a balanced mix of high technology and natural materials.
The pool was built looking up to traditional pools canons: it has been entirely realized with mass concrete and it is perfectly waterproofed, in order to increase sensibly its lifetime.
Water treatment set up uses widespread technologies, but, unlike traditional pools, this one enjoys particular foresight, which makes possible the peculiarity of the sandy bottom.
Pool side and walls are covered with a synthetic resins mixture and silica sand, which have thin granulometry and spheroidal shape, in order to recreate the same feelings of the Caribbean beaches.
Pool bottom in completely covered with a firm coat (about 30 cm) of quartziferous sand, with controlled semi-rude granulometry and with pointed grains in order to allow an efficient flow of conditional and straining water. It crosses the entire thickness upright and at the same time it takes care of sand hygienics and maintains water physical-chemical conditions in a perfect state.
In order to reproduce faithfully natural beach features, pool bottom is inclined. Its invariable slope is between 5% and 8%; it depends on the space available. In this way the pool can guarantee an absolute safety for bathers and it allows a total usability also for people who have motorial or emotional problems.
Pools can be accessorized with every kind of water toy, such as “sparkling beach”, our specility, as wall and cervical hydromassages, water guns and slides.
Materials and settings-up used are particulary resistant to the chemical attack of corrosive waters and allow to employ sea water without any problem.
In the places where there was no sea, we have even recreated the Death Sea water!
